DSPLN Return Policy

At DSPLN, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we are a small brand, every purchase means a lot to us, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  4. Sale items, limited drops, or final-sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are only available in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping (except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect).

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 2–3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed based on availability. If the requested size or style is out of stock, store credit will be provided instead.

Additional Notes

  • DSPLN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process.

  • Final-sale, limited drops, or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
